The Lanah Residence was recently constructed and completed in late 2019. The official opening of doors to our guests was the 15th of November 2019.
The Lanah Residence is proudly named after a terracotta sculpture from the famed artist Jean Baptist Carpeaux. The full sculpture was created to decorate the façade of the Paris Opera and translates to, ‘to dance’, Carpeaux completed a final model and the full-size statue in 1868, and it was unveiled at the Opera in July 1869. You will find the Lanah sculpture displayed in the dining area.
The ground floor is equipped with a fully serviced laundry area, lockable ski lockers for each tenant, two indoor parks and one outdoor parking space. You will also find a fitness suite with state-of-the-art equipment, elliptical machine, rowing machine, and Pilates apparatus.
The three spacious apartments each boast a private en suite bathroom with large soaking tubs, shower area, and complimentary towels and robes. A walk-in closet, security safe and space for your luggage is provided. Each suite is equipped with a full kitchenette for your personal use, a round table can seat up to four guests and a working desk with TV and strong internet connections are in each apartment. The king-size bed is particularly placed to showcase the best views in the region along with a day bed running alongside the large windows.
The Residence can be booked as a whole with all three suites or individually booked depending on your party size and needs. The Owner’s Suite is only accessible by an indoor private elevator and has exclusive access to the sun deck with private jacuzzi.
A communal dining area seating ten with an adjacent kitchen is where breakfast and in-house dining will be served by your hosts or a private chef. You can also make use of the beautiful patio area where a large wooden table faces the iconic Remarkables mountain range.
Around the property, you will find beautiful works of art and historical decoration. The antiques around The Lanah date back over 200 years and are the perfect mix between the host’s heritage. With French and Chinese influence the property is immaculately decorated.
